Design Notes

Connecting GFP1-10 to the C terminus of petF by linker and GFP11 to OleP, and the interacting protein will bring GFP11 to GFP1-10 close to the fluorescence, the stronger the interaction, we screened the two proteins with the strongest interaction force by bimolecular fluorescence.
